Our professional staff of clinical social workers possess extensive experience and specialized training in health & behavioral issues, as well as, community resources.  We strive to provide compassionate counseling to older adults.

We provide behavioral health & care management in long-term care settings and in our Chillicothe & East Peoria offices.  In addition, we provide care management in individuals homes.
